New Product Development
When you’re designing a new product, you want to determine what components are right for that new product. Being able to order small quantities (you can order just one!) for use in developing new products is important in controlling development costs.
Prototype Testing
As you move through the product development process, testing is a key part of determining whether you have the right design and the right components. But, again, you only need small quantities. Our price points vary across different fans and accessories, but savings start from as few as 10 units.
Early Days
When you first launch your new electronic device, you’re never quite sure when, and if, sales are going to pick up. Ordering 100-150 units, for example, may be a sensible option at this time. Once produced, if they sell faster than you expect, you can quickly get more. The Fans and Accessories listed on our webshop are typically held in stock at our UK warehouse, available in around 1-3 working days.
Of course, is your demand increases, we can work with you to plan and maintain stock levels with a bespoke supply agreement.
Unexpected sales spikes
An unexpected sales spike may leave you perilously short. Typical lead times from China or the Philippines will be measured in weeks if coming by sea. Air freight can get them to you much faster but the cost will be significant. Subject to availability, we can help you ride the spike.
End of Life Management
Sunon endeavours to give notice of a component going EOL wherever possible; that may not be the case for other manufacturers. Alternative components may need to be identified, tested and ordered quickly.
