Targeted at high powered applications such as telecoms, SUNON’s Power Fan series combines efficient flow with a precision bearing system to deliver a highly reliable, long-life solution. With the smallest models starting from 38x28mm – ideal for 1U Rack applications – scaling up to 171x51mm, this series is designed to perform within the most challenging of environments.

Precision Bearing System

Whether it be ball or vapo (utilising SUNON’s MagLev technology), this series of fans and blowers is designed around a precision bearing system. With a focus on achieving low vibration and withstanding high temperatures, the result is an efficient, consistent and highly reliable product.

Optimised Impeller Design

Naturally, the trade off for high air flow is inevitably noise and a power-hungry device. However, SUNON’s impeller design has been optimised to deliver concentrated flow, which can be targeted at the heat source.

Feedback and Speed Control

All models are available with tacho feedback and on-board PWM, giving you the ability to control the fan to perform as you need it to. Reducing fan speed to meet the needs of your device will have a positive impact on acoustics, current draw and fan life, whilst also providing additional headroom to scale up performance when needed.

Customised to Meet Your Requirements

By adjusting the lead length and adding a connector of your choice, the need for secondary processing is removed, streamlining supply and optimising efficiencies. Other examples include custom labels, heat shrink tubing and additional protection from dust and fluid.

Managed Logistics

Economies of scale delivered through larger order quantities help you manage unit costs. We will store them for you, shipping them to your assembly location on an agreed schedule. We will work with you to forecast when you need to order more stock so you never run out too. We also keep a range of standard fans in stock at our UK Head Office.
